This is the second time I have used Kew Windows and have had similar to first review below.......... brilliant.  This time large garden room windows were replaced as well as a utility room windows. Very happy and highly recommend.

FIRST RREVIEW
Finding a good company to replace UPVC windows and doors is like swimming in shark infested waters.  After talking with four other companies, I found Kew Windows.  They have an office close by so I went to visit. The staff are very knowledgeable and the units high spec.   Jay immediately put me at ease and I felt I could trust Kew Windows.

I had the front door, French doors and 4 sets of windows replaced by Kew Windows.  Jay and Kosta spent as much time as was needed to get all details of these replacement units exactly right before the work started. I live in a Conservation area so very specific requirements were demanded.

Andriy and Kola did the installation.  They were professional, paid attention to detail and most of all tidy – taking away all the old units at the end of each day after tidying up. Taking out the old windows did mean they had to plaster in places which will require a repaint as well as the wooden window sills also needing painting but that was unavoidable due to the ancient windows that were removed. The work took three days.  Any snagging I asked for was taken care of with a smile.  Now waiting for my FENSA certificate.

I still have a few more windows to replace and would not hesitate to use Kew Windows again.

We are delighted with the service we got from Kew Windows. From the start they were attentive, helpful and very efficient. They replaced our front door and the window above it. They also serviced our windows, replaced some glass and rehung a window which couldn’t be opened. We were so impressed by how expertly the door was fitted and how every scrap of debris was cleared away. All members of the team contributed to providing an excellent service. We are delighted with our new porch. We had a sash window replaced a few years ago and had not hesitation in contacting

Kew Windows were recommended to me and I would definitely recommend them to others.  I had a front door and two windows installed (one sash, one casement).  Each item arrived on time and was fitted promptly by friendly installers.  The team also did a service visit to check hinges and change handles etc on older windows, saving me the cost of ordering replacements. The office-based team is always welcoming if you drop by to discuss the spec.  I changed my order more than once and they were extremely patient with me. Kew Windows are an excellent team of window experts. When I contacted Jay, he was attentive, helpful and professional. His partner Kosta helped me choose the correct window for the room and talked through the work that they had to do in order to fit the window with a very reassuring site visit.
They booked the fitters in at a convenient time for me, and they arrived on time. The fitters, Luigi and Tomaz, were great, politely removing their shoes before entering my home; they checked over the job before bringing their equipment in and in doing so, they organised themselves tidily within a small space to carry out the job efficiently and cheerfully and without any incidents…there were no surprises!

We recently had 3 new windows installed and were very pleased and impressed with the service provided by Kew Windows, especially compared to past work done by competitors.
The work was carried out quickly and efficiently, with minimum disruption, using an attractive product which resembled wood.
Their estimate was also a fraction of those provided by 2 other companies.

I needed to replace some balcony doors and wasn't sure which material to go for.  I contacted Kew Windows because they offer all options: UPVC, wood and aluminium. Jay visited and provided useful advice on the suitability of each. I also went to the showroom to see samples, which helped. I chose aluminium doors (for longevity and appearance) and am very pleased with the result.
